The "Serviced Apartments" offering in Europe and particularly in the UK is booming and is quite an exciting place to be. Why, you ask me? Corporations are looking at reducing their hotel expenses by placing their employees on long extended stay in Apartments rather than hotels. And London among other big cities in Europe are seeing a lot of development with this alternative accomodation service.

The Apartment Service, founded
in 1981, and the largest booking agent for worldwide serviced apartments is
currently sponsoring a Global Report into the Serviced Apartment Industry to be
produced by Travel Intelligence Network.

Charles McCrow, Managing Director of The Apartment says:

"…This will be the first
Global survey of its kind, highlighting the current key global providers,
explaining the various property options in the sector, discussing
inventory availability, investigating corporate buyers and agents needs, commenting
on the sector’s history and looking at its future direction ….We are looking
to everyone in the industry to have the opportunity to contribute
"

You will be eligible to
receive a free download of the Global
Serviced Apartments Industry Report 2008/9,
due out in September, if you participate in the survey.
